Client charged with Driving While Intoxicated (DWI), or also called Driving Under the Influence (DUI). After reviewing all evidence, including several hours of body camera footage, it was discovered that the client’s rights may have been violated. After preparing to litigate the violation of the client’s constitutional rights, the prosecutors offered the client a plea to Reckless Driving with no suspension of his license!
