Commonwealth v. W.H. – Domestic A&B, Violate Protective Order – CASE DISMISSED!

Client was charged with domestic assault and violating a protective order with regards to his wife. The police were the driving force behind the charges – client’s wife did not want to prosecute. After client hired us, we immediately contacted his wife and assisted her with hiring her own attorney. We appeared at court as a unified front against the prosecutor. The prosecutor had no choice but to dismiss all charges.
