Commonwealth v. H.M. – Public Intoxication – DISMISSED

Client was charged with public intoxication in Arlington after the arresting officer observed the hallmark signs of drunkenness (odor of alcohol, bloodshot, watery, glassy eyes, and slurred speech.) Client admitted to consuming alcohol as well, and was arrested.
