Our client was charged with possession of a concealed weapon – a firearm. After multiple court dates, extended investigation, and challenges to the evidence, we appeared in Court today prepared to go to trial and get a not guilty verdict. On the brink of trial, however, the Commonwealth chose to dismiss the case rather than go forward. A victory for our client, and we kept a very serious charge off of his record!
